2500 foot studio can accommodate almost any kind of photo shoot for your project.

Limitations:

* no video filming
* no shooting outside the studio (no outdoor or roof shooting)
* cats on premises (allergy pills available)

Terms and Conditions

Availability:

7 days a week, 8am to 8pm

Booking:

Deposit: $50
Deposit will be applied toward the balance of the rental.
Rentals are by appointment only.

Rates:

Hourly: $150
Half Day: (4 hour max): $500, select 8 am start or 2 pm start
Full Day: (8am – 8pm): $800

Student, first time renters, and other discounts available, please ask!
Booking deposit required: $50 via PayPal or Cash, Deposit will be applied to the full balance.

Cove painting:

$75 (request for before or after shoot) Cove is in shoot-able condition at all times, but may not be pristine. Request painting to ensure a pristine surface.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must me made 48 hours prior to scheduled booking to receive a full refund on deposit.

Parking:

Ample parking available at the Brewery

Cleaning Fee:

Studio should be left in the same condition it was found. Any unusual messes, stains, trash, damage will incur a cleaning fee.
Standard cleaning tools available in the loft (mop and bucket, wet/dry vac, brooms, vacuums). Any stains on the cove wall/floor that require repainting will incur a $75 fee.
